About the Medtronic Project
Omar has been working closely with the Medtronic team to implement and design their launch strategy for a new innovative asset that will compete in the health care space. Omar partnered with the global leader for this BU (still on stealth mode) to define a financing offering in EMEA, Latin America, and Asia. Medtronic will launch this new product later in early 2021.
About the Evum Motors Project
Omar consulted for the Board of Directors and Chairman at Evum Motors, to help with the design and launch of their new electric vehicle. This project offered a unique opportunity to build a financing arm for a traditional asset class (vehicles) while combining the impactful angle of being an environmentally friendly product. Omar provided a variety of funding partners for the company to decide and implement its own financing strategy.
About the Noria Project
Omar has partnered on a few projects with Noria, consulting and helping the board to build and embed impact financing for solar energy platforms in Africa and Latin America. Omar’s network of international funding partners (i.e. multilateral agencies and private equity firms) provided alternative financing for Noria’s clients.
About the Vista Alta Project
Omar has partnered with the Board of Directors at Vista Alta to design a portfolio of impactful funding partners that will allow the company to effectively pursue its “investing with purpose” mission. Vista Alta Management Solutions is a platform that offers private investors the opportunity of “impact investing” that will seek financial profits while helping address Latin America’s most serious challenges.
